As a young athlete I was determined to push myself hard. That rush of adrenaline was a confirmation I left it all out there and did my best.  As an adult I thrive off those memories of feeling my face on fire, heart pounding in my chest and sweat stinging my eyes. Today those feelings remain the same. But with experience and further insight I have learned there are more elements that come into play that what we can explore.

Movement, recovery, mindfulness, fuel and sleep are key to longevity.

These elements beome more finely tuned when in training and are extremely important to the length of your performance career.  You are different than anyone else so there should be a personal lifestyle prescription that is right for you.
